Staley joined the team in 2022 after working for the Town of Louisburg as a business office supervisor. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and has a background in human resources, finance and customer service.

Staley is a native of Louisburg, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Jay, and their children, Allison and Lacey. In her free time, you will find her at the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
